This is where our venture into sourdough bread began. A mildly sour, dense multigrain and seed loaf made with a quinoa starter, fresh well water, sprouted millet flour, sprouted oat flour, sprouted quinoa flour, sprouted brown rice flour, tapioca flour, sprouted golden flax seeds, rolled oats, quinoa, sprouted sunflower seeds, psyllium husk and pink Himalayan sea salt.
