Made with a quinoa starter, filtered water, sprouted millet flour, sprouted oat flour, sprouted quinoa flour, sprouted brown rice flour, tapioca flour, sprouted golden flax seeds, rolled oats, quinoa, sprouted sunflower seeds, psyllium husk and pink Himalayan sea salt.
Store in the fridge for a week or the freezer for up to 3 months.
